RETURN POLICY
Exchanges are only permitted for defective products. As part of our process, a quality check will be conducted by our team, and we reserve the right to decline the request if the product shows signs of use, damage, or is missing tags.
AFFOLANE allows exchanges for the same product only. If you receive a defective item, please send a video and images of the unboxing along with your Order ID to our customer support email team@affolane.com
An order can be exchanged or replaced a maximum of 1 time.
If an exchange is requested for a different size and there is a price difference, the customer will be required to pay the remaining amount.
All exchange requests are subject to product availability. In case the requested size or product is unavailable, Customer will be notified about the delay.
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery, provided the product is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags attached.
To return an order, log in to your account using the same email address you used to place the order, then submit a return request.
Reverse pickup charges will be incurred by the customer and will be deducted from the total refund amount.
If an order placed during a sale is returned, only the amount you paid will be refunded, not the current product price.
Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after the returned product is received and inspected.
